Crane Management
Crane Management is the ultimate expression of Energy Cranes' professionalism - and of our clients' trust in us.
Under a Crane Management Contract, we assume total responsibility for the management, operation and maintenance of your cranes - and, crucially, for the setting of and adherence to a budget.
You benefit from known cost and the confidence that goes with knowing you have “the world’s best” taking responsibility for ensuring that you enjoy integrity of the supply chain of which cranes are a part.
As a Crane Management client, your dedicated Contract Manager within Energy Cranes is responsible to you for the planning and delivery of operating and maintenance services which meet pre-agreed key performance and budget objectives. A defined parts inventory is specified and held by us to ensure that routine spares and capital insurance parts are available to respond to urgent repair needs, minimising downtime.
You set targets for safety, crane availability, procedural compliance, and cost: our remuneration can be directly influenced by our performance against those targets.
Behind your Contract Manager stands a core team of contract support engineers, crane maintainers and operators, backed up by manpower and materials logistics planners, engineering design and project management staff, onshore procurement/maintenance and refurbishment teams, financial controllers, HSEQ and competence management.
A resource more complete than you could conceivably justify in your own company, dedicated to delivering higher standards at lower costs than an in-house department could achieve for you.
Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, Total, ChevronTexaco, Marathon and Talisman are just a few examples of major operating companies who have adopted Crane Management contracts with Energy Cranes companies as the comprehensive and cost-effective solution to cranage offshore.
