Graduate Development Programme
Sparrows Offshore is committed to developing talent: we offer an excellent Graduate Development Programme over 4 years. All Graduate employees are assigned a dedicated mentor throughout the programme and are actively supported in joining the appropriate Professional Awarding Body such as the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) or Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) to gain Incorporated or Chartered status.
Throughout their training, Graduate Engineers provide support to the establishment in all aspects of cranes, lifting and support service activities. This encompasses assisting in the preparation of proposals and tenders; administration of assigned project files; liaising with clients and subcontractors; preparing calculation work procedures; completion of purchase requisitions; arranging equipment dispatch and transportation; compilation of job close-out reports and preparation of engineering invoice drafts and financial control of assigned projects.
